During the recruitment assignment, there may be a need for more in-depth objective assessment of candidates to meet certain criteria or key competencies. We are experienced in psychometric assessment and are a solutions partner of SHL Talent Measurement. This, combined with our structured interview techniques, adds further insight into the candidates’ likely ways of working.
