Riches Consulting was established in 1993 as a boutique consultancy specialising in external recruitment at senior levels. The aim was to bring blue chip consulting experience into a smaller business that could maintain best practice standards, but at the same time exceed service expectations with a more personal touch.

The business has consistently performed well above industry standards and the success of our partnerships with a range of clients led to us extending the service offering as well as expanding our presence in the South West to offices in London. We have created a small, closely-knit network of independent-minded people who are strategically linked in their commitment to helping clients achieve outstanding results.

We have consultants, researchers and customer service management who are all dedicated to exceeding client expectations. Our people have worked for blue chip companies and have commercial backgrounds, many in senior line management, followed by a number of years' recruitment consultancy or human resources consultancy experience at a senior level. As a result, we have an in-depth understanding of a wide range of job functions.
